CONTRIBUTO PER SPESE DI ASSISTENZA PEDIATRICA E ODONTOIATRICA – CONTRIBUTO 001
Il contributo è riconosciuto ai dipendenti relativamente alle spese sostenute a favore del figlio dal 2° al 14° anno di età, per l’assistenza pediatrica e odontoiatrica.
Non sono comprese: visite propedeutiche ad attività sportive, spese per lenti od occhiali, spese in seguito a infortunio e ogni altra tipologia di spesa che non sia subordinata alla prescrizione del medico pediatra.
Il pagamento può essere effettuato da entrambi i genitori presenti nello stato di famiglia.

CONTRIBUTION FOR PEDIATRIC AND DENTAL CARE COSTS – CONTRIBUTO 001
The contribution is recognized to employees in relation to expenses incurred for their child from the 2nd to the 14th year of age, for pediatric and dental care.
Not included: preparatory visits to sporting activities, expenses for lenses or glasses, expenses following an injury and any other type of expense that is not subject to a pediatrician’s prescription.
Payment can be made by both parents present in the family register.

CONTRIBUCIÓN PARA COSTOS DE ATENCIÓN PEDIÁTRICA Y DENTAL – CONTRIBUCIÓN 001
El aporte se reconoce a los empleados en relación con los gastos incurridos por su hijo desde el 2º al 14º año de edad, por concepto de atención pediátrica y odontológica.
No se incluyen: visitas preparatorias a actividades deportivas, gastos de lentillas o gafas, gastos tras una lesión y cualquier otro tipo de gasto que no esté sujeto a prescripción pediatra.
El pago lo pueden realizar ambos padres presentes en el registro familiar.

المساهمة في تكاليف رعاية الأطفال وطب الأسنان – CONTRIBUTO 001
يتم الاعتراف بالمساهمة للموظفين فيما يتعلق بالنفقات المتكبدة لطفلهم من السنة الثانية إلى السنة الرابعة عشرة من العمر، لرعاية الأطفال وطب الأسنان.
لا يشمل ذلك: الزيارات التحضيرية للأنشطة الرياضية، نفقات العدسات أو النظارات، نفقات ما بعد الإصابة وأي نوع آخر من النفقات التي لا تخضع لوصفة طبيب أطفال.
يمكن أن يتم الدفع من قبل كلا الوالدين الموجودين في سجل العائلة.

La contribution est reconnue aux salariés au titre des dépenses engagées pour leur enfant de la 2e à la 14e année, pour les soins pédiatriques et dentaires.
Ne sont pas inclus : les visites préparatoires aux activités sportives, les frais de lentilles ou de lunettes, les frais suite à une blessure et tout autre type de frais non soumis à prescription d’un pédiatre.
Le paiement peut être effectué par les deux parents présents sur le registre de famille.
